We had a wonderful time trying to get in 27 hrs. a day into 24. I don't think we missed much. We tried to do it all. The RHAPSODY is a beautiful ship and in our opinion it was 5 star service all the way. Couldn't find a fault even if we were looking for one. Highly recommended. The Monarch of the Seas is a beautiful ship. Royal Caribbean, as always, did a superb job. The ports of call on the Southern Caribbean itinerary were all very interesting and enjoyable. Probably St. Martin and St. Thomas were our favorites, but we had good experiences on all the islands. We met several nice folks at our dinner table and around the ship. (By the way , we are glad we stayed with Main sitting.) Our travel arrangements all went smoothly. A special thanks for the bottle of wine you sent us - it was quite tasty! the information and service you provided were impeccable. Your helpful and friendly manner are a real plus in these days when some folks forget who the customer is. We would gladly consider booking another cruise with you again sometime in the future. Cruise Vacations, Incorporated 30 Riverside Avenue Medford, MA 02155-4673 Dear Pat, I wanted to drop you this note to let you know how pleased my wife, Donna, and I are with the service of your Travel Agency, and to especially thanks Camille for her outstanding help with our cruise plans. Last May we booked on the Horizon to Bermuda based on your recommendation. You were right on the money, it's a great ship and offers a good value. Camille got us a very good upgraded room, which allowed us to take our two daughters with us. Also, we booked to go on the Regal Princess in December, but, we subsequently received a 2 for 1 offer from Princess for its Crown Princess. I called Camille and she quickly change my reservation to the Crown, thus saving us substantial money. A few days after the switch, we received word that our nephew was getting married during the dates we booked. We called Camille in a panic, and she handled it in her usual professional manner. Within an hour she had us switched to another date on the Crown at an even lower price. It is my belief and experience that other travel agencies would not have put in the extra effort. You have an organization that is very knowledgeable in cruise vacations and that truly follows the principal of complete customer satisfaction. Consider us to be committed, long term customers.
